The under-listed persons are the current owners of EANDEL Magazine Limited:

a) Rowland E. Dore – Founder/President
Rowland Dore is a good communicator with strong persuasion skills. He is enthusiastic, cheerful, committed and a goal-driven personality. Highly organized with a systematic approach to problem solving. A very innovative and creative leader in business development and resources planning techniques.
Rowland Esijemide Dore graduated from Federal Polytechnic Idah, Benue State, in Mechanical Engineering and bagged a degree in Business Management. He is a multi-talented and creative personality; an agro businessman, manager, and expert in agro export for over three decades. Rowland later furthered his career with advanced courses in Engineering, Mining, Human Resources Management, Power, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, and Construction sectors. He also attended the following courses and training across the globe:

  • Workboat Engineering Show, Louisiana State, USA

Rowland E. Dore is the Founder/Chairman of ROTEC ENGINEERING LIMITED, incorporated in 1997 as an engineering service outfit and later reorganized into a full technical services company providing professional engineering, general oilfield equipment, mechanical and civil engineering services to Nigeria’s energy, oil, and gas industries.

 

b) Katia Q. Dore – Founder/Vice President
Katia Q. Dore is the Vice President of Rotec Engineering and EANDEL Magazine. She graduated as a Library Scientist and furthered her reach by acquiring more knowledge and gaining exposure in the Oil and Gas sector. She attended the following courses and training across the Western world:

c) Sunnie Odafe – Managing Director/Editor
Sunnie Odafe is a highly talented idea-solutions designer, concepts generator, tech-project-idea innovator, event designer/planner/manager, creative and tireless marketing-communication trendsetter, with extraordinary skills in generating media concepts that suit and proffer solutions for brand positioning, product projection, and roadmap development for service-rendering outfits.
He is a ‘one-stop’ creative brainpower who converts ideas into products and drives creative schemes to gain wide visual mileage, brand loyalty, and patronage. Sunnie is a graduate of the Theatre Arts Department, University of Ibadan, and holds an IPDG in Media & Entertainment from the Metropolitan School of Business Management (MSBM), UK. He is also a trained project designer, certified in graphic illustration designs, and an experienced freelance journalist and media documentary/edutainment producer.
He has attended various training seminars on creativity, innovation, entrepreneurship, leadership, media support services, business strategy, creative media, capacity development, and human resources management in developing business strategies for surviving competition and upholding business ethics.

With over 26 years of work experience, Sunnie has actively conceptualized and executed ideas, managed tech-product ideas, provided product management direction, and offered idea-solutions for brands, products, and services. He is known for designing and implementing both conventional and unconventional promotional concepts, media and PR strategies, and for uplifting the creative and entertainment industries through impactful executions.
