The\u00a0report\u00a0is based on two years of independent investigations and analysis by the commission. It reveals that over $25 billion in oil revenues since independence in 2011 have been siphoned off through opaque schemes, while education, health, and justice systems collapse.<\/p>\n
The commission warns that corruption is driving hunger, preventable deaths, and violent conflict, with international donors now funding more basic services than the government.
