SHARJAH, United Arab Emirates, – The Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) Group Business Forum, THIQAH played a central role in advancing sustainable investment and cross-border collaboration during the 29th World Investment Conference (WIC) and 8th Sharjah Investment Forum (SIF), held from October 22\u201323, 2025.<\/em><\/p>\n

Jointly organized by the World Association of Investment Promotion Agencies (WAIPA), the Sharjah FDI Office and the UAE Ministry of Investment, the events gathered global leaders, ministers, CEOs, and investment promotion agencies (IPAs) from more than 100 countries under the theme \u201cTransforming Our World: Investing for a Resilient and Sustainable Future.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Throughout the conference, THIQAH was instrumental in facilitating partnerships and investment dialogue across IsDB member countries. Its representatives held high-level discussions with investment promotion agencies and private sector leaders, identifying co-investment opportunities and strategic collaborations that strengthen THIQAH\u2019s position as a bridge between international investors and key projects in IsDB economies.<\/p>\n

THIQAH\u2019s participation included a prominent exhibition booth, which highlighted the IsDB Group\u2019s initiatives in sustainable finance, private sector development, and investment facilitation. The forum\u2019s activities resulted in new partnerships, investment leads, and enhanced global visibility for THIQAH as a driver of responsible and inclusive growth.<\/p>\n

Delegates also contributed to expert panels, workshops, and networking sessions, sharing policy perspectives and best practices on resilient investment, sustainability, and innovation. These engagements reinforced THIQAH\u2019s mission to promote responsible, inclusive, and resilient investments that align with global sustainable development goals.<\/p>\n

By championing dialogue on innovative investment models, THIQAH reaffirmed its commitment to the \u201cDecade of Promoting Investment for Good\u201d, while laying the groundwork for future collaboration, including participation in the upcoming Private Sector Forum (PSF) 2026.<\/p>\n
